Who We Are
Established in 2021, in Nightcliff, out presence has grown, and we're excited to announce our expanded facility in Coconut Grove. This expansion allows us to accommodate a diverse range of individuals and their unique needs. Our enhanced space features a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym, a Pilates studio, a dedicated clinical Pilates room, a massage room, and five private consulting rooms.
Our therapists all have an extensive skill set, specialisation and experience that covers all bases from general to complex conditions and injuries.
All team members conduct a minimum of 100 hours in professional development annually to keep us at the forefront of injury prevention, injury management and successful active rehabilitation research and trends to met your needs
How We Help You
The mission of Inner Balance team is to foster a healthy lifestyle, guiding you towards achieving your optimal physical well-being while making the journey enjoyable. We strive to inspire individuals to not only prioritize their physical health but also to eagerly anticipate and embrace the process of self-care.
Your journey begins with your initial consult, while we will develop a clear understanding of your goals with seeking treatment. We will then design your treatment plan around your goals, clinical findings and what is needed to achieve your desired outcome.
Your treatment plan will include the amount of time we think it will take, how many sessions will be required, and the advised frequency of treatment. Working with us and following your treatment plan will give you the best chance to perform the physical activity you miss from exercise to daily living tasks and hobbies

Cooper - Physiotherapist
Cooper is a Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhys) from James Cook University in Queensland. With a strong interest in sports, strength, and conditioning, Cooper is passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals and improve their physical performance. At Inner Balance Health, Cooper provides expert care to support pain relief, injury management, and recovery. Whether you're looking to stay active, rebuild strength, or confidently return to the activities you love, Cooper is here to guide you every step of the way.
Ethan - Physiotherapist
Ethan is a Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhys) from James Cook University in Queensland. With extensive experience in clinical musculoskeletal conditions; such as neck injury/pain, TMJ issues, vertigo, lower back injury/pain, knee, hip shoulder and more —Ethan is passionate about guiding clients on their recovery journey. At Inner Balance Health, Ethan provides expert care to help you relieve pain, regain physical function, and prevent re-injury. Also, with a special interest in post-operative and work compensation claims, Ethan is dedicated to supporting you in returning to work confidently and safely.
Luca – Physiotherapist (Neuro & Musculoskeletal)
Luca Masieri – Physiotherapist
Luca is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with international training (Finland & Norway) and experience in public hospitals, private practice, and group rehab. With a background in neuro, musculoskeletal, and geriatric care—as well as personal training and CrossFit coaching—he combines evidence-based physiotherapy with a strong rehab and fitness focus. Luca is passionate about patient-centred care and helping people achieve their goals.
Rhiarna - Seniors Neuro-Rehab Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates
Rhiarna is the founder of Inner Balance Health and a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in geriatrics, neurological rehabilitation, and proactive ageing.
While her early pathway into physiotherapy began through a background in sport, it was through her clinical experience that Rhiarna discovered her true passion — working with older adults to improve their independence, confidence, and quality of life. Over the past five years, she has dedicated her career to supporting the ageing population across the Darwin community, helping individuals navigate complex health conditions with a focus on function, longevity, and living well.
Rhiarna is deeply committed to shifting the narrative around ageing — believing that with the right guidance, movement, and support, people can continue to feel strong, capable, and empowered at every stage of life. Her work in neurorehabilitation allows her to support clients through complex presentations, always with a personalised and compassionate approach.
Alongside her physiotherapy work, Rhiarna has a genuine love for Clinical and Studio Pilates . Through Pilates, she brings movement to life in a way that is engaging, empowering, and accessible for all, including her geriatric clients. She integrates Pilates into rehabilitation and also into proactive health, helping people not only recover, but thrive.
Rhiarna also leads an online Pilates education platform and is passionate about bridging the gap between physiotherapy and Pilates, particularly within the ageing population. Her mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and live their best lives — with confidence in their bodies and their future.

Fabiola - Remedial Massage Therapist
Fabiola is a Remedial Therapist who graduated Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhys) in Chile, where she gained valuable experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pregnancy massage. At Inner Balance Health, Fabiola is passionate about helping clients recover and feel their best every day. With expertise in remedial therapy, Fabiola provides tailored treatments to support recovery, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being.
Luca - Remedial Massage Therapist
Luca is a dedicated second-year Physiotherapy student who is already building strong hands-on experience within the health industry. Alongside his studies, he works as a Remedial Therapist three days a week and is a familiar face in the clinic every Saturday.
With a strong passion for movement, recovery, and helping people feel their best, Luca is developing a well-rounded skill set that bridges both remedial therapy and physiotherapy. He has a particular interest in musculoskeletal care and enjoys supporting clients through hands-on treatment and practical rehabilitation.
Luca brings a calm, approachable, and hardworking energy to the Inner Balance Health team. His commitment to learning and improving his craft is evident in the care he provides, and he is always eager to expand his knowledge within a multidisciplinary environment.
As he continues his physiotherapy journey, Luca is focused on building a strong clinical foundation and delivering high-quality care that helps clients move better, recover well, and feel confident in their bodies.

Caley - Exercise Physiologist / Clinical Pilates
Caley is a skilled Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a passion for helping clients regain strength and functionality. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, wanting to age better! or looking to thrive through Clinical Pilates. Caley blends evidence-based practice with her personal touch. With extensive training through QUT Brisbane and from the National Pilates Institute, Caley brings expertise in Clinical Pilates, excelling in both 1 on 1 and studio group classes. Known for constant and precise cueing, Caley ensures every client feels supported, whether recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or striving for optimal movement.
Sophie – Exercise Physiologist / Clinical Pilates
Originally from Scotland, Sophie has fallen in love with the Darwin lifestyle and now brings her expertise in movement and rehabilitation to Inner Balance Health. With a background in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise, Sophie blends science with flow to deliver a powerful Pilates experience tailored to your needs.
Sophie specialises in using Clinical Pilates to improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall function — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply wanting to move better and feel stronger. Her sessions are purposeful, empowering, and deeply connected to the body’s natural potential. With Sophie, you’ll discover how Pilates can transform the way you move, feel, and live.

Tay - Practice Manager
Tay Bailey is the Practice Manager at Inner Balance Health and an integral part of the team, bringing structure, organisation, and calm leadership to the clinic.
Currently studying Occupational Therapy, Tay has a strong passion for health, function, and supporting both clients and clinicians to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her understanding of allied health, combined with her natural ability to organise and streamline systems, has made a significant impact on the day-to-day running of Inner Balance Health.
Since joining the team, Tay has been instrumental in creating clarity, consistency, and efficiency across the clinic — ensuring that both clients and practitioners experience a smooth, supportive, and well-structured environment. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Tay is deeply committed to building a positive and supportive clinic culture, and her presence has been a driving force in strengthening the Inner Balance team. With a genuine care for people and a passion for growth, she continues to play a key role in shaping the future of Inner Balance Health.
Emi - Administration / Studio Pilates Instructor
Emi is a valued member of the Inner Balance Health team, working as a casual receptionist while studying Physiotherapy and recently completing her Pilates training — making her a true all-rounder within the clinic.
With a strong foundation in both clinical knowledge and movement, Emi brings a unique blend of skills to her role. You’ll find her not only behind the reception desk creating a warm and welcoming environment, but also out on the studio floor teaching Pilates and supporting both clients and practitioners wherever needed.
Emi’s passion for health, movement, and helping others shines through in everything she does. Her ability to seamlessly move between roles, combined with her positive energy and genuine care for people, makes her an integral part of the Inner Balance community.
Always ready to help with a smile, Emi plays an important role in ensuring every client feels supported, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Hannah - Receptionist
Hannah is a friendly and dedicated third-year Physiotherapy student at Charles Darwin University, bringing both her clinical knowledge and warm personality to her role as part of the reception team at Inner Balance Health.
With a strong interest in helping people move well and feel their best, Hannah is passionate about developing her skills in physiotherapy, particularly within musculoskeletal rehabilitation and supporting the ageing population. Her studies, combined with her experience in the clinic environment, allow her to understand and support each client’s journey from their very first interaction.
As one of the welcoming faces at Inner Balance Health, Hannah plays an important role in creating a positive and supportive experience for every client. She prides herself on being approachable, organised, and attentive, ensuring clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through the door.

Chloe - Receptionist
Chloe is a friendly and enthusiastic member of the reception team at Inner Balance Health, with a strong passion for physiotherapy and all things health and wellness.
As one of the welcoming faces in the clinic, Chloe brings a warm, positive energy and takes pride in creating a supportive and enjoyable experience for every client. She is approachable, organised, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly at the front desk.
Chloe has a genuine interest in the human body, movement, and rehabilitation, and aspires to pursue a career in physiotherapy in the future. Being part of the Inner Balance Health team allows her to learn within a multidisciplinary environment and gain valuable insight into patient care and clinical practice.

Leesa - Receptionist
Leesa is an integral part of the Inner Balance Health team and has been with the clinic since the very beginning. Known for her strong work ethic and dedication, Leesa is often the one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — especially during our late shifts.
As a receptionist, Leesa brings a calm, reliable, and supportive presence to the clinic. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to the team make her an absolute asset to Inner Balance Health.
Alongside her role in reception, Leesa is currently studying Personal Training and Nutrition, further expanding her knowledge within the health and wellness space. She has a genuine passion for helping others and is always looking for ways to grow and contribute more to the team.
Leesa also plays a key role behind the scenes with content creation, often working on camera and supporting the visual side of the Inner Balance brand.
Her loyalty, positivity, and dedication make her an incredibly valued member of the team.
